DELIVERY
Pignon delivers in Europe with variable delivery times depending on the address and delivery method. Shipping costs depend on weight, destination and delivery method, and are displayed before the order is confirmed.
Free delivery: offered for orders over €200, via Colissimo (2 to 7 working days).
Express delivery: within 24 to 48 hours with Chronopost, charges calculated according to weight and destination.
Delivery times are indicative, and Pignon cannot be held responsible for delays.
RETURNS
The customer may return an item within 14 days of Pignon’s agreement. They must send a request to contact@pi-gnon.com with the subject “RETURN – Order No.”, specifying the items concerned and the reason for the return.
Returns are made using the label provided or by the customer’s own means, with deposit at the post office and retention of the receipt.
Refunds are made within 30 days of receipt and verification of the items, using the original method of payment. Confirmation is sent by e-mail.
