Easy Returns

If you wish to return your order:

Please send us an email at the following address: contact@pi-gnon.com, including your order number and the reason for your return. If you would like an exchange (size issue, different color, exchange for another product), please specify this in your message.

Once your return has been approved by our team, you can use the return label included in your package. Carefully pack the product in suitable packaging, attach the label to the parcel, and drop it off at a relay point near you. Upon receipt of your return, we will proceed with the refund or exchange.

Return period: You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to make a return.

Important: No unsolicited returns will be accepted. All returns must be notified in advance to PIGNON, following the procedures outlined above.
